section 340

Sir my all fake cases are in evidence stage like 498 , dv act, 125....now I want to know that when nd where I can use section 340 , 156 against my wife ??? Any other case can I file against my wife??

Why are they fake? Only because those are filed against you, those are fake and what you will tell will all be truth and only truth.

Okkkk....sorry sir are u shure in my case she speaking truth.....498 a , dv cases is so easy to file....I have recording of police in which they admitting this case is false....we r helpless.....in another place women cell gives us clear chit in written....sir u want to say about it ??????

First let all the cases get disposed atleast confirms that her allegations are false then you can challenge her though appropriate laws.
