Police taking signs on blank paper.

My friends were sitting at street late night just for fun. Police came and started interrogating. They just told that we met after a long time and were just talking. Police officer noted their names and numbers, took signature on blank papers and told to pay fine. They negotiated with them and gave them some money and finally they were allowed to leave.

Can the papers with signatures be misused?

never sign on blank papers . it can be misused

The papers can be misused. Police may use these to book on false grounds.

MUST NOT SIGN ON BLANK PAPERS..

It is a crime to be at public road midnight without just reason. Police can interrogate..
