Hi Team,

I have property in Goa.we had dispute on this property with one of our neighbour so my grand father admit case against him in High court mumbai and we won this caase. we got this case in our favour saying that case judgment paper will be transfered to my village tahshildar.but still after 10-12 years we have not receive3d any papers.what should i do.

that lawyer is no more now.can I go n collect those paper directly or I need to go with lawyer?
