Respected sir
Can a party as defendant avail for perfect title by way of adverse possession.
Plaintiffs have executed sale agreement and received full payment and delivered possession. Sale deed could not be executed cos govt had stopped registration of such lands which are not converted.

Possible if property does not have title n sold.

If the govt had stopped registration of such lands, no body can get the perfect title, as they could not get the property in their name.
