Dear Sir / Madam

If father wants to sell a property , if Signature of his Son's required ?

If there a note saying that is written by Father and sign by the Son (This house is constructed with my money and I can sell it anytime whenever money is needed on Rs.10 Stamp)

Is there is any responsibility on parents to pay the liabilities of a major son without knowledge to the parents

please help me out this situation

the owner only can only sell property either of his property or others if he so entrusted by registered POA.

The owner of the property can sell the property without taking the consent of any one including the wife or children. What is your query?, what do you want to sell on Rs. stamp paper? Your father's property or something else?
