Court fee refund

i filed summary suit for the recovery of money about Rs 1 cr in that the court fee was about 3 lakhs
my question is weather i can ask for refund of that Rs 3 lakhs which was the court fee?

You would be eligible for refund of court fee only if the matter is settled through Lok-adalath and the Award contained refund of court fee.

I too agree with the opinion of expert Mr. Raju that after an out of court settlement and the same recorded before the lok adalat, whereupon on settlement, refund of court fee has been specifically mentioned, you can claim for the same.
