Suitable study material for LLB 1st yr / 1st semister.

All respected experts from lawyersclubindia.

Thanks to all for kind support & immediate feedback & co-operation.

I am going to appear for 1st year LLB exam - 1st smstr in the month of April 10, as working student without attending lectures.

Please suggest me suitable books/authors with easy langauge to enable me to complite study within stipulated time.

first of all congratulations to you that you are going to appear without attending any lecutre.

for u the safe hand is to buy some short notes books....no time is left for understanding the concepts.

just cram the things as much as possible.

if u can find then may opt for author Ashok Jain's books....these are short and simple books, will be helpful to you for ur rest of the semesters.

let me give u a passing mantra as well- dont leave any question...even if u know a little abt a particular concept, but keep writing....atleast u ll ve fair chance to clear the exam.

I am against the concept of non-attending student. It is environment of the class room and the way of the lecture we can learn more and not through studying direct books. Anyhow can try as suggested by Kiran but also mind it that this is not the fit way to study otherwise while clearing your LLB and coming into practice, same shall continue and you shall become unable to traceout even relevant citations from relevant books. Try to make labour.
