Want just against a false case u/s 279/338

I was accused against a false case u/s 279/338 of ipc which have authentic proofs in my hand.I am not guilty at all and the complainant is himself a lawer. how can i defend myself now.I am a medical person and I have no experience in criminal law and lawyer also.After bailed myself and my car my lawyer is suggesting me for pleading a guilt but iam unwilling to do so. Pls. help me with best legal aids.

Without case details, it is difficult to advise.
Do not plead guilty. Fight the case on merit.
