I am a social worker. i have to file a case against an educational trust registered under the BPT act 1950 for misapropriation and misuse of millions of rupees of the trust. i am neither a tustee nor a beneficiary of the trust. Can i file an application under section 41 D of BPT act for dismissal of trustees? if no, then please suggest me the alternate remedy.
