Under islam shariah law

(Querist) 19 November 2013 This query is : Resolved 
my husbands maternal grandfather( late mr Ibrahim) has purchased some property in his name. he has expired, his wife is also expired .he is survived by one son(mr)syed) and two daughters(seema, mariyam.
the son(mr syed) is 75 years old .he is child less. seema has a son. and mariyam has 2 sons. mr syed wants to give his share in this inherited property to his wife's sisters children. can he do that in islam shariah.

by willing his claims he can do so.

he can relinquish his claim by gift deed.
