How to distribute the intestate property between brothers

my father is a govt employee we are 3 sons and one daughter to my father. my father owned a self acquired house property in my native place and he died intestate.now my mother and ourselfs i.e. 4 children (3 sons and 1 daughter) total 5 members are the legal heirs as we are hindus,now my point is we want to share the above said house property equally i.e.5 equal parts can we go for a partition deed what is the procedure. what will be the stamp duty for the said property. all of us are married and we have minor children.

no need to worry, make a family settlement deed on 100 Rs. stamp or file a civil suit for partition before civil court
