Procedure for darkhast execution by judgement debtor

Dear sir,
final Decree was made in a suit for partition and came for execution to TILR. We are judgement debtor. we had not made darkhast to include us at the time of partition and to get our share separate. Now we want to include ourselves in the execution process which is to be followed by TILR. What should we do?

Yes sir. we are the party to the partition suit.
But we had not paid court fee stamp at the time of darkhast. Now darkhast has come for execution to TILR. TILR office said that we can seprate the shares of the parties who paid the court fee stamp. Now the matter is not in Court. It has come for execution to concern department ( Bhoomi Abhilekh). My question is as a judgement debtor and party to the partion what can we do now to get our share separate?
