About validity of degree

Dear sir,
I have apperared final year from an university.My final result is out
and yet to get final marksheet.Now , due to some mis-management in university
i am not getting marksheet.I came to know that univesity may dissolve
My question is
1)As i have paeesed final year , universiry is bound to provide degree or not ?
2)Awarded Degree can be recall later or not ?
3)After final examination an getting certificate , later date (post date) university
dissolved.My degree remain valid or not?

1. Yes if you have appeared for exam and passed, Marksheet and degree must be provided to you
2. But if the university was not running as per the rules of the UGC, and was running illegally, then your giving exam and passing has no much value.
