Property of son, a share entitled by mother claimed and shared among children

Mother transfers by partition deed property of her to her son and the son predeceased and one share comes back to mother and after the death of mother other children claims a share of their mother in the property.
A compromise arrived at between advocates and to be intimated to court. Out of total area
of 24.50 cents 3 cents agreed to be given to six plaintiffs. Defendents are three.
In the suit filed we requested the court to partition by meats and bounds.
QUESTION

In what way and style the above can be documented in the name of the plaintiffs as per the comprise.
Is it partition deed and please inform
the important wordings to be included in the deed.
who should bear the cost and in whose custody the original deed can be kept.
If original is kept by somebody what is the remedy for others for further dealings.

File consent terms in the court with request to pass a consent decree. Thereafter a deed of partition can be executed and registered with the Sub Registrar of assurances. Your Advocates will draft the requisite consent terms and partition deed.
