I purchased one plot from bhopal development authority in sc/st category in bhopal, now i want to sale this plot. can i sale this plot to general category person or not. if not then what is legal requirement for selling this plot to general category person.

NO YOU CANNOT SELL THE PLOT TO GENERAL CATEGORY . READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ALLOTMENT OF PLOT TO YOU .
