For what period and what amount should be paid by an employer for filing an appeal before the EPF Appellate Tribunal, is to be decided under section 7(A) of the Employees Provident Funds Act whether it is a part of the legal compliance of the dues as per law or not

50% amount is required to be paid prior to filing of the appeal and this is purely a legal process.
