Revenue stamps on a bill of lading(b/l)

We are logistic service providers. We are required to put revenue stamps on Bill of Lading. What is the current status of this regulation? Is it still required or has it been replaced with some other system by which one can pay on line of some such method?

Bill of Lading is still required to be stamped for which no online payment could be made.
