Mother's property

my father's sister and my father's brother have taken our grand mother propetry under a stridan and now the grand mother have died and we came to know after her death. since the propety was purchased by my grandmother only from 3rd party. they have registered their name in neccesary department and paid neccessary franking charges also. can we challenge them or file a suite

They are your close relatives. So you please try to make an amicable settlement through a mediator who is respected by both parties.

above said taken of property in which way ? they were taken. if not any written and registered you can challenge.

You have equal right in that property if your grandma had not left any will in the name of your chacha and buwa.
