JMFC has awarded rs.1,90.100/ as compencession to be to complainant in default 6 months imprsnment.no time is mentioned.now what should be done by complainant to recover amount?

has the accused moved sessions court against the impugned order? when was order passed . if accused fails to pay he shall go to jail for 6 months
