Property belongs to deceased father, still in the name of deceased father, we are 4 bro & sis.I EXECUTED a agreement to sell with someone. Now my brothers are not agree to sell it. Purchaser is trying to launch f.i.r.U/S 420 IPC against me.Now what should i do? please suggest me.

you had no business selling the property without consent of your brothers and sisters . send a letter to purchaser that your siblings have refused to sell and as such you are returning the earnest money .
