Dear Sir, I want to know if a partnership deed purchases a property then can the property be validly purchased if all the the partners do not sign to the relevant document?

Yes it is valid if the purchase was in due course of business of the Partnership and the same is for the use of the firm.

It is not mandatory to sign all the partners on deed for purchasing property in the name of partnership firm,any partner can sign or purchase the property in the name of firm .

It is valid purchase.

Partnership is Agency, so even if one partner sign, binding on all.

Except it is barred by the Objectives / business of Partnership.
Indoor management rule apply. Outsider need not know, the partner was authorised by others or not ...
