Divorce case

Hi
We had filed a Mutual Consent Divorce case in Feb'12. Date of hearing was given in Aug'12 but Judge postponded case to next hearing 22nd Sept 12. Problem is girl stays in Chennai and case is filed in Kalyan court, Thane, Maharashtra. She was present for First hearing but she and her family is very adamant to come down for hearing.
Can you tell me if one party is not ready to come down for court hearing, we can still get Decree of Mutual consent divorce or else please provide other options for quick results.
