i want to file a case in consumer court against DDA for not refunding my money deposit for incorrect water bill.
please tell me steps.

and i also want to know , can i send rti to dda by post.

what is the amount involved . ? issue notice then file complaint before district consumer forum in delhi . contact a local lawyer if you so desire .

in complaint mention facts of your case , grounds , and what reliefs you are seeking . file complaint with documents relied upon in 4 sets
