Dear Experts,
I would like to know how law see in below circumstances
1. Wife Right on Gift which husband receives?
2. Wife right on Money Received by husband on Lucky draw.
3. Is it mandatory to inform Wife that husband received gift or Money through lucky draw.
4. what if husband doesn't inform wife that he received the gift or money from lucky draw and wife came to know sometime later from xyz person, does it amount to cruelty?

Dear Sir,
I am Really sorry that my description made you feel its academic.
To Brief you, Me & My wife is difficult state of Marriage where i see its heading toward rough divorce.
well the case which i had put forward is pretty much expected case which i am assuming to come over me. As you must be knowing that before divorce or the conception of divorce idea there is alway ways betterness floats around which cause bitter argument. My objective her is to avoid any further mis understanding or rough communication with my wife which she will bring in divorce case that "her Husband(that is me)" didnt even shared the news of receiving monetory gift which he(ME) received in lucky draw" being layman in LAW, I have no idea whether it amounts to cruelty or not.

It only proves ur relations are unfriendly and strain.
Provided u accept u did not tell her.
If u say I informed her, who will prove otherwise?? After all, it is irrelevant, immaterial.
