Regarding promisory note case

Hi Sir,

1) Is it mandatory to know fathers name of a person on whom we want to file a case based on promisory note ? if we dont know fathers name what to do for it ?

2) I have issued a suit to a person who did not repayed my money. I have him signed on a promisory note. That person did not respond to my lawyer notice. what to do now if he is not responding to lawyer notice and court ?

3) Any advices to win case based on promisory note ?
