Increasing rent at current market price

Dear sir,
presently rent of the shop is rupees 50,can it be increased at current market price.Is there any law according to which petition can be filed for increase in rent.

yes , the rent can be increased to the current market price by filing a reveau suit for it ,feel freeto call on 9459321520 if you have left any query.

Depends on the provisions of the rent control legislation prevailing in your state.

Issue a notice to your tenant for increasing the rent according to the market rent. If it does not fructify file an application for fair rent.
