within how much time the damages has to pay for breaking an agreement or contract?
what is the time limit to pay the damages?
suppose there is no time limit specified in the agreement
or suppose it is an oral agreement or oral promise.
then within how much time the damages has to pay for breaking an agreement?
if one want to pay the damage after 3 or 4 month will that be accepted?

The person who wants damages from the other party has to work out the damages and demand damages by a notice and if the other party does not pay within the period,then suit is required tobe filed for recovering the damages with interest and therein the damages is required tobe proved.
