Transfer of land from government of tamilnadu

Sir,

I want to know the proceedures in respect of transfer of land from state government to a Trust to conduct activities for public use.

the land was transferred by a G.O

Is there any other proceedure to be followed from the trust's side? whether the trust has to approach the revenue authorities to get any documents to title?

or the GO will be treated as title document?

Please clarify..
