My friend sold water purifier to their customer. In this regard I have two questions.
1- As per guarantee card rules some part of purifier was not covered. Unfortunately after one year that part of purifier was not working properly, so purchaser challenge the guarantee condition in consumer court; give me suggestion in favor of my friend with case law.
2- Agent mistakenly gave a two year warrantee instead of one year. whenever product is national level.

if parts are excluded then those parts of water purifier are not covered under warranty .

1) If the subject part is not covered by guarantee then your friend's company escapes liability.
2) If agent has given two years guarantee then the principal is bound by the Agent's act, if it is covered under guarantee.
