Dear sir
based on false averments my opposite side has moved the 2nd add court for declaration of title deeds.
evem though the title belongs to the opposite side he has made an averment showing that i had earlier paid advance for the property through oral agreement and now I am not allowing him to sell the property.since i have not payed the balance amount within the time frame my adv amount stands forfeited.
he has made such statements just for the reason for not paying the deposit amount deposited by me in his finance firm which he is running, I am a tenant in his property and since he has not paid the deposit and interest for the money i have deposited in his firm , i have stopped paying rent.
now under article 227 can I file for rejection of the plaint of the opposite side as everything he says is only oral agrement in the plaint.
IF YES... PLEASE GIVE ANY CITATIONS IF AVAILABLE

Instead of doing mischief of learning law in this way, better put neat facts posed before you so that appropriate guidance can be given because without wild guesses of facts here,no answer is possible to your query, and I do not wish to guess facts which you do need to present as they are.
And when case is in pending engage a lawyer,in case you are a lawyer, visit a senior,to save interst of your client.
