I m accused ,B M Metal pattition on me u/s138 i had issued two cheques to the party 1)100000-00 2)40000-00 .as advances
both cheques bounced 25/5/2010 and he had been notice to me through advocate .
In reply my Rs.41780-00 with him which he liable paid to me as per accounts books of his firm
my firm Anmol International had been purchase goods since 2005.regular dealing 2005to 2010
all the transaction of payments through only cheques only.
the complainant admitted he is liable to pay Rs.41780-00 other words this amount rs41780-00 to be paid by him to accused as per his account books submitted with pattition and agreed on his witness
he said that accused purchase the good fro his firm without bill only against kachi slip but he did not attached any slip of out standing with his file .without bill goods supplied is the legal ? can the illegal recovery recover through court.
I want to know where are my case is stand

are chq 2 years old???
are transactions 3 years old??
Are payment within Limitation??

last transaction on3/2/2010 i issued ch
no.377282 for rs 10000-00 it was honer the same . complaintant put the pattition on me in time

today judgement gone against me .how it possible there is not legal liabilities on me judge punish me for one year +fine
Rs10000-00. fine amount had been deposited Now i am on bail .further suggest me what i can do
