Suit for recovery of possession and mesne profits for unauthorised occupation being pending with interim status quo u/O39R1&2, what is the course / remedy advisable for Owner against unwarranted treatment of persona non-grata at the hands of defendants, whose license had been terminated before filing of Suit, denying entry to his own property;

Suit fgor eviction / recovery of possession is already being heard and therefore, what could be a counter claim of plaintiff in its own suit ?
