Recovery of money...

plaintiff got a cheque for clearing his invoice for the goods supplied to the defendant. cheque got dishonored.. plaintiff intimated the defendant regsrding the dishonor of the cheque. immediately the defendant paid certain amount againt the amount mentioned in the cheque and assured that the rest of the amount will be paid later. still the amount is yet to be paid by the defendant to the plaintiff. want to file suit for the recovery of the remaining amount. what suit should i file to recover the balance amount?? under which provision the suit is to be filed?? awaiting for the reply...

you can file a suit for recovery under order 37 as well as you can prosecute him under negotiable instrument act. You can approch further on my cell 9873777479

You can file civil suit for recovery of balance amount and also file complaint under the provisions of N.I.Act in limitation period.
