Exparte decree

(Querist) 08 June 2012 This query is : Resolved 
defendent after ist appearance did not file w/s nor cotested and after many adjournments court issued decree. this will be exparte decree or normal decree. if it is exparte is it liable to be set aside by same courton ground of exparte decree

It is exparte decree which can be set aside

only by filing appeal in higher court.
