Dear Sir/madam, I live in u.k and while not present all the time India, so want to make my sister associate member of society for the property we own. Anyone please show me the complete procedure for that, thanking you.

Do it as per the bye laws of said society.

Pl fill it up and submit to the Society with requisite Fees.

is flat owned by you only or in joint names .

if not in joint names you make an application to secretary of society to add your sister as associate member

Highly unlikely that the society will allow it since your sister is not a registered owner & hence disqualified for membership. U can only appoint her as a constituted attorney to look after the flat in your absence.
