sir my apointmnt was made tha if I dont comlete my Bed within two yeara but after intimatiobn given by me many times that I hav joined BED, My term of two year has expired and withibn two years no corresondene was done. I even not recive any extension from the orgabistion. Now they are issuig me termination with effect from 31st May 2012. By stating that i have not deposited any degree whereas i have expalian them that Bed is on progress and it will be completed after 2013. But i did not rerceive any reply of my numereous correspondence. They do not receive any letters which i have send personnaly nor through mail.

sir i want to know on what ground i can file case It is a CBSe affilated school and as per CBse Affilatio bye laws says B ed is not reqd and i Intimated them about it but that became putting infront of deaf ears

The school can not be faulted.
You were to complete BEd within 2 years and not just enrolled in it.
