Rti query

(Querist) 10 May 2012 This query is : Resolved
I had file 2nd Appeal on FAA order which was given in favour of my. CIC given 30 days to comply the orders. Now PIO moves high court with writ petition after 4months passing the cic orders, only when i filed another RTI application to know that who is responcible for not compiling CIC orders.

NOW THE QUESTION ARIES:

1) If there is any TIME LIMITATION given in RTI act to make an appeal in the High Court after CIC order. IF YES, THAN WHAT?

THANKS

No limitation, rather reasonable time to file writ petition in High court is the limit, which is subjective

In High Court writ, not appeal is filed against order, issued in 2nd Appeal.Said writ can be filed within three years of that order as per limitation Act.
