By pleading guilty? U can plead guilty but can not bargain for fine only with a court of law. The court may sentence u a fine only or may pronounce imprisonment or with both. But there is no place for bargain at all in a criminal case.

Pleas bargaining depends on the discretion of the court.

It is not a matter of right to ask for fine only.
