what are things an accused should take care on date of framing of charges. I already have copy of chargesheet.

It has vauge comment, without date and time spefic information regarding allege harrasment.

can i request those information and evidence collected against me on date of framing of charges.

Apply for discharge. , as charges mentioned in FIR r not applicable to you.

Try to get discharge order.

Discharge can happen only on legal grounds.

Framing of charges would be done if the allegations are specific in the CS.
