there is an alteration in month as 4 as 3 in promissory note. dated: 03-03-2010 .now it is void or not. his check bounced. the XI magistrate cancelled the case on 9th march 2012. how days are permitted to appeal to nampally court.

by cancelled case you mean dismissed the case . when was order passed . obtain copy of order and file appeal immediatedly
