Sir,
We are shifting our factory Daman to Valsad. we already give a general notice regarding this, now all workers are not ready to join Valsad. Please help me how we settled ( full & final ) the workers. our workers are working since last 13 years.

you will haveto give them lumpsum compensation in form of VRS to settle with workers . ask the workers what they want .

Give them Notice in this regard, if any body refuse to join new place, pay him as per law
