Maintenance case

Having submitted all income proofs of daughter in law-court has advised both the parties to submit income tax returns for the past three years on the next hearing.

Is it a positive sign for quashing maintaince case against a working DIL earing approx.45k p.m (net salary as per bank statements).

if wife is earning well and her income tax returns reflect it there s no question of maintenance .
