I am taken home loan for resale flat.I submit all documents as per their requirements.But society are issue the NOC,as per society's rule.NOC are reject by home finance.So they stop my full amount loan cheque.

Last two months,deduct the EMI from my bank.

What to do?

If your application for grant of loan is rejected or they stopped payment of cheque already issued the Bank can not take any EMI from you.
The Bank however may charge you some amaount for processing of loan.
File a complaint to the Consumer Forum to recover liquidated damages.

was loan sanctioned by bank ? i am asking query because you have stated they stopped loan amount cheque .

if loan was anctioned bank generally leveis charges prior to disbursemtn .

subseqnrly however if disbursement has been cancelled on account of failure to furnish society NOC then bank wont charge any more install ments
