It is true that Govt. has made good rule to register the committee & sign M20 form. but in case of our society non co-operative members take all the benefit of laws. we non bonafide+bonafide members tried make a good managing committee & started resolving problems, approached govt for property tax, waters charges were cleared, prepared balance sheet & started filing returns. but few members have complaint to dy registrar Mhada that we are not allowed to form commitee as committee is not registered, M 20 forms are not signed etc. Now, all members have stopped working after we received letter from dy registrar for explaination. we have heard that its no need now to submit M20 form to registrar, society members can keep same in society records & can produce same on needs? It is very sad. now all good work of society has stopped just becoz of this one complaint to registrar. wht to do? can't form all bonafide member committee due to lack of good members.

indemnity bond has to be signed by all members of managing comittee and submitted to registrar . you are clearly in default .
you were aware of law yet you flouted it . administrartor will be appointed and fresh elections called for

Yes sir, you are right, but making other people sign the bond is a big big trouble. people think this as a trick to make them pray one day in future. Of course, so many things in my society i have organised well & as per govt guidelines just becoz of you & other experts on this site. Many thanks to all for this. but i am fed up of this quarrelling again & again. don't see way further what to do......

in every society in mumbai you will find this problem . being a managing comitte member is a thankless job . but you ahve to execute a bond to safegaurd interests of the society too
