Dear SIR's
Thanks all for their valuable help / guidance / replies spare your valuable time for the purpose
i am sushil kmar NRI, presently in UAE
my problem in my absence my criminal relatives entered in my house by lock breaking
case is in court for mandatory possession
in this my appointed adv and judge malfunctioned on the day of issue framing
my adv not appeared judge called 20 times in four hrs every 12 minutes case dismissed in default > my self present in court 10 june from uae, as advised by my adv i back on duty 14 june dismissed ?????

question was posted > is this justice > come to know the facts > issue framing is a court job > order is illegal etc.. all understood bottom is deep black
as suggested in replies > appointed new adv from delhi > it was through internet > till date not seen her only a al mighty god between us
as per the replies and suggestion from all's > transfer the case from this judge
so i told her submit transfer application etc.
all judge accepted her but this judge stuck on no objection
i was not willing she met with previous adv > but to clear my inner self i informed her
all acts and deeds of both provided mob eid etc.
after no objection need finished case re stored after three -four dates > on my requests transfer application not submitted> when hired she agreed on action plan transfer and legal net on trespassers studied all orders etc.
other party submitted false affidavits but no action by my adv and judge
later regarding transfer she told it is not possible > only this judge is senior etc.
from 2500km plus i am handy capped >> nil knowledge of law > only you all are my eyes
than she told me cancellation of bail of other party key persons ipc 420 on them
i said ok go ahead >> i posted a question and from replies cancellation is next to impossible
i keep quit > but she never proceeded for this i concluded it is divert of my mind and as protection to trespassers
in fact some criminal minds are behind > trespassers are mohras > they are protecting through……….
the above briefing was necessary
the question is Transfer of case > what is required ???, i clearly informed i have no faith on this judge ....please advise and please pen ur views on her acts and deeds
we agreed on shatabdi travel plus > without my info and consent moved to cab / taxi
to date nil application in any case and nil copies sent to me of all dates happening
very good amount 60 k plus is paid not attended the date of issue framing on 6th april excuse > fees are not paid only travel expenses paid....???
i am 57 and i treated her as daughter > as much as I can spare sending her regularly

The case can be restored . How you got the copy of the order in the similar manner you can proceed further in the matter.
