i reside in a co-op hsg society chawl,This is a collector land given on lease for 30 years after wich it can be renewed..Secretary has got a builder which is developing our society through SRA scheme is it right as per law?????

They will not be granted permission if it is not right as per law.

If they are granted permission, it is assumed that all conditions are fulfilled.

builder must have entered inot agreement with society . the burden of obtaining permission for redevlopment is with builder
