sir
i have to take death certificate , which court having jurisdiction to grant death certificate ?
i have the endorsement issued by the Brahath Bangalore mahanagara palika.

Death certificate issued by the Hospital .

which authorities i have to make party in this case

Certificate of birth and death are issued by the concerned Minicipality/corporation/panchayat as the case may be, and in some cases, the Tahsildar.

You can get the death certificate from Mahanagarpalica itself. Make an application and they will issue it.
