Crime is Cyber Crime and a FIR registered mentioning the section 66(a), 66(b) of Cyber Act, and Sec 34, 120(b), 500, 501, 509 cyber crime was located from two IP Addresses,Cyber crime cell investigated the crime and advise above section in their report instead of taking the action as per cyber crime investigation Manual they forwarded this case to local police to further action. They have kept the matter pending jut to not having sufficient knowledge,and perusing the matter they have file FIR as stated above, So I have filed case against the police not taken the action, but I was doubt that police not file the correct charge sheet So, I have filed Protest Petition, finally Police filed charge sheet/final, but they have omitted sec 500, 501, 509 and also they made a dummy person stating that he made the crime, Now I want file the Re-Investigation petition In highcourt Mumbai, Please guide Me.
