Gratuity eligibility

Dear Sir,

I am employee of IT company. I have completed my 3 years in organization.

Can I eligible for the gratuity?

As per information currently gratuity GR is passed and eligibility for gratuity is 3 year is it correct or not?

If GR is passed, then it will be applicable to me or not?

Kindly guide me for the same.

Less than 5 years of service does not qualify for gratuity.

you have not correct information.

As per the payment of Gratuity Act, minimum 5 years service is require for eligibility for gratuity.

No GR has been passed till today. Gratuity eligibilty is still 5 years of service

You think of gratuity after serving the organisation for 5 years. Why do worry now! Youngsters especially working in IT companies always look to greener pastures. If you are satisfied with present job don't worry about gratuity.

Answer:Not Correct.IT is Still FIVE years.
