Permanent injunction suit

Guest (Querist) 28 March 2012 This query is : Resolved
I PROPOSE TO FILE A SUIT FOR PERMANENT INJUNCTION FOR THE RELIEF OF NOT TO COMPEL THE MARRIAGE WITH 1ST DEFENDANT. IN WHICH A iNSPECTOR OF POLICE AND S.P. AND COLLECTOR ADDED AS PARTIES. 1ST DEFENDANT HAS MADE COMPLAINT WITH INSPECTOR BASED UPON THE INSPECTOR TORTURING THE PLAINTIFF TO MARRY THE COMPLAINANT OTHERWISE CRIMINAL CASE WILL BE REGISTERED. MARRIAGE IS THE PLAINTIFF'S RIGHT. WHETHER A SUIT FOR PERMANENT INJUNCTION LIKE THIS SUIT IS MAINTAINABLE ONE? KINDLY EXPERTS CLARIFY? ALSO TELL ALTERNATIVE REMEDIES

There is no legal bar to file such suit as no person can be forced to marry with a particular girl especially by police authorities.

File 156(3) to investigate, Police illegally forcing Mr. X to marry Miss Y.

Let it be on Court Record.
Issue notice to girl, that u r trying to blackmail, and forcing me to marry you, under Police threat, & I do not want to marry you.
You threatened me to file false criminal cases if I don't marry you.
